Privacy Policy

We keep this short on purpose. YOYO only asks for the details it needs to hold your seat and reply to you. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is collected for the fun of it.

What we collect

When you use the booking form on our site, you give us a name, an email address, a date, the spot you want and how long you plan to stay. That is the whole list. We store it so we can confirm your session and set a chair for you. If you email or message the venue directly, we keep that message and your reply address for as long as it takes to help you.

How we use it

Booking details are used to reserve your station and to get back to you about that booking. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not pass your details to outside marketers. On rare occasions we may contact you about a change to a session you booked — a maintenance closure, for example — and nothing beyond that.

Cookies

The website itself runs without tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical items needed to load the page, and it remembers whether you prefer reduced motion so the animations stay calm. We do not run third-party advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on these pages.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only as long as they are useful for running the club and its schedule, then cleared. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by contacting the venue, and we will remove what we hold unless we are required to keep a record for a genuine reason.

Your say

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed. Just reach out through the desk or the same email you booked with. This policy may be updated as the club changes; the version on this page is always the current one.
